I’m easygoing, outgoing, and pretty easy to be around. I’m not the kind of photographer who shows up and leaves a stranger.

Personality

My faith is the foundation of everything I do, the way I treat people, the way I show up, and the reason I genuinely care about every couple I work with.

To build trust with my clients so they can fully be themselves, comfortable, and relaxed during their session or wedding.

mission

I picked up a camera at 17 and have not put it down. I went full time at 18 and have been building this ever since chasing good people, and stories along the way.

I genuinely love what I do. Not just the photography, but the people. Getting to meet couples at one of the best seasons of their lives and walk away as friends, that’s the whole point.

Love

I picked up a camera for fun when I was 17 and started taking my friends senior photos. I was absolutely obsessed with taking photos and wanted to do it all the time. I focused on trying to get better and better and surely enough, other girls from other local schools started reaching out to me asking about photos. I quit my two jobs I had and ran with photography and went full time when I was 18. During my time at East Tennessee State University, I decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications to help better my business. The love I have for photography is because of the people I have met along the way. I’ve made so many new friends and cannot imagine my life without them now.

I’m not interested in perfectly posed, stiff, over-directed photos. I want your gallery to look like you , the way you actually laugh, the way you look at each other when you think no one’s watching, the chaos of your getting ready room, the quiet moment right before you walk down the aisle. My approach is documentary. I observe, I stay close, and I let things happen.

The part of this job I never take for granted is being trusted. Couples invite me into one of the most personal days of their lives and hand me full creative freedom to document it. That’s not something I take lightly.

I want every person who books me to walk away feeling like it was one of the best decisions they made for their wedding
(not just because of the photos, but because of the experience getting there.)
